"It's been 12 months since I had my oak floor installed by Dijon (just after the Four Oaks shop had opened). It is absolutely fabulous. The advice I received from Derek during the quotation stage was spot on, he walked us through each stage of the installation process . I have an open plan lounge/hall/dining area and the quality of installation is of the highest standard. It looks as though the stairs were installed after the floor had been laid rather than the other way round. These guys know what they are doing. The mark of a great company is not the price or even the quality of the product, you measure companies by how you are treated and respected as a customer and if you are unfortunate enough to have problems it's how they are resolved. Derek and his team are complete professionals. Would I do it again? Absolutely but only if Dijon could do it. That's the mark of a good company! I was in the shop today, Saturday, to buy some cleaner and to ask Derek to quote for a vinyl floor in my bathroom. The accusation on Google reviews seems to be more character assassination than truth. Maybe sour grapes from a competitor! We love our floor so much that we have no hesitation in recommending Dijon to our friends and family."

“As a Trading Standards Officer I take the utmost care in virtually all goods and services I purchase. Not entirely satisfied and convinced by the advice I was getting from traders in Surrey where I'm based I had yet to commit to a new wood floor for works including an extension I was having at my home. Frustrated with the prolonged search, numerous samples and the great difficulty in getting a wood floor that complimented our Scandinavian Natural Beech furniture my wife and I thought we would take a weekend off searching and visit my family in Wolverhampton. The wife was keen to see what was available in the Midlands and by the grace of god stumbled across Dijon's website. “I met Derek Betts at the Grand Designs show at the NEC last year. I knew I wanted a real wood floor but had been shocked by a quote I had received elsewhere. There were lots of stands at the show offering very cheap products but I was concerned about quality and wanted a guarantee that my floor would last. Derek patiently explained what I should look for in determining the quality of a product and also gave me some great advice about the specification for my soon-to-be-installed underfloor heating system. I immediately felt that Derek was someone who really knew what he was talking about and cared about the quality of product and service he is supplying.
